| Allegany Community Development Services Inc. (ACDSI) is a not-for-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) created to serve Allegany and Cattaraugus county Minority and Women Business Owners (MWBE's), entrepreneurs, and community members who are unable to access traditional credit. ACDSI has business start-up and expansion loans for both income eligible individuals and businesses that employ income eligible indivduals. ACDSI is a certified CDFI by the U.S. Department of Treasury. Loans are made available in part through the Governor’s Office of Small Cities. | |
