The Vehicle Loan Program provides low-cost auto loans to eligible individuals in Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties. It is funded by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance with the cooperation of the Allegany and Cattauraugus County Departments of Social Services.
